Spawning
Once you've gotten your Aavegotchi, it's time to hop through the Great Portal into the Gotchiverse!
There are currently two ways to spawn in the Gotchiverse:
REALM Owners (or Gotchis borrowing from REALM owners) can spawn at any parcel they own.
Non-REALM Owners can only spawn at a corner of the mega-district District 1.
Coming soon - Spawn at any parcel with an active Paarty Portal!
