# Spawning

**Once you've gotten your Aavegotchi, it's time to hop through the Great Portal into the Gotchiverse!**

**There are currently two ways to spawn in the Gotchiverse:**

1. REALM Owners (or Gotchis borrowing from REALM owners) can spawn at any parcel they own. 
2. Non-REALM Owners can only spawn at a corner of the mega-district District 1. 
3. *Coming soon -* Spawn at any parcel with an active Paarty Portal!
